We are DualForce Labs, a Miami-based C-Corp, building the Defense Store, the world’s first secure marketplace for vetted defense and dual-use technologies — think of it as an App Store for defense tech.
Governments, corporations, and private military & security companies will use it to discover, buy, and deploy technologies from any allied country, starting with battle-tested Ukrainian innovations.
We onboard battle-proven TRL7 products — starting with Ukraine as the first sandbox — and provide IP transfer, certifications, and integration.
At the present development phase, DualForce Labs’ current technology portfolio is confidential and available under NDA. Please contact us at info@dualforce.us to request further information or detailed access.
OUR VISION:
THE DEFENSE STORE
The Defense Store will operate as a closed and secure cloud environment. Access will be restricted to vetted government and corporate clients, ensuring compliance, cybersecurity, and full control over distribution.
Think of it as the Apple Store for defense technology — a single marketplace where allies and enterprises can discover, purchase, and deploy battle-tested solutions.
Each module is interoperable and comes with full integration, compliance, and training support — ensuring compliance and tailoring to customer needs.

Validated in real combat conditions
Being embedded on a daily basis within the defense and security ecosystem — and drawing on first-hand experience of modern warfare — DualForce Labs is able to provide a set of parallel services alongside its core venture-building activity.
DualForce Labs organizes structured battlefield and near-battlefield testing in Ukraine for defense and dual-use technologies, enabling companies to reach TRL7–9 through real operational validation. We design test scenarios together with end-users, coordinate secure test environments, oversee data collection, and translate results into actionable feedback for product refinement, certification, and investor or customer readiness. This approach significantly shortens validation cycles and provides a level of credibility that cannot be achieved through lab testing alone.
We work with private military and security companies to support technology sourcing, evaluation, and deployment tailored to their operational needs. Through the Defense Store and our broader ecosystem, PMSCs gain access to vetted, battle-proven solutions, along with integration support, customization, and ongoing technical assistance. Our role is to act as a trusted intermediary — ensuring compliance, reliability, and practical usability in complex and high-risk environments.

FAQ
The U.S. C-Corp DualForce Labs holds majority stakes in individual U.S. LLCs formed for each startup. Intellectual property is systematically assigned to U.S. entities (with chain of title ensured by U.S. counsel). In certain cases, Ukrainian entities may retain partial licensing during the transition.
We conduct classification (ECCN/ITAR), define technical access boundaries (U.S. Persons/need-to-know only), use GovCloud/data segregation, enforce end-use/end-user screening, and complete DDTC registration after incorporation where ITAR applies. External export counsel and internal compliance training are engaged.
U.S. control is guaranteed through majority ownership and board oversight. Access to controlled data is restricted to U.S. Persons only. Before handling classified information, no facility clearance is required; we are designing a compliance process compatible with future clearance needs.
With field reports, trial protocols, integrator/operator letters, and visual documentation. We are open to independent U.S. testing and NATO/DIANA validation.
For federal contracts, we follow NIST SP 800-171 and build readiness for CMMC Level 2. For commercial clients, we apply SBOM, secure-by-design, auditing and logging.
Through KYC/AML/sanctions screening, end-use certificates, technical kill-switches/remote disable, and contractual bans on re-exports to non-allied jurisdictions.
We are a venture builder + distribution platform: unified standards, modular library, rapid deployments, centralized compliance. Scalability comes through the Defence Store and majority-controlled quality assurance.
